The Accounting Area is pleased to introduce our new Certificate of Advanced Accountancy and Plan of Study. The plan and certificate are designed to offer Purdue Undergraduate Accounting majors an educationally sound approach to meeting the educational requirements to sit for the CPA Exam. Since each state has different educational requirements to sit for the CPA Exam, we strongly recommend that you go to the relevant state CPA Society’s website for details on the requirements for the state(s) you are considering.  (For those interested in taking the CPA exam in Indiana, the educational requirements are available for download here either as a .pdf file or as a WordPerfect document.  The link to the Indiana CPA Society's website is here.  Additional CPA candidate information is available from the Society here.)  

Details of the Plan of Study are available here and a Certificate will be awarded to all who complete the requirements.
