Language Courses
One of CIBER's stated goals is to support instruction in critical foreign languages needed for an understanding of the culture and customs of United States trading partners. In addition to providing basic instruction in ten modern languages, the Purdue Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures offers business and technical language courses in French, German, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. The Department is currently developing similar courses in Chinese, Italian and Portuguese.
