The Leadership Fund Guidelines
and Career Fund Guidelines
are posted on the website. To apply for Funds, complete the linked Leadership Funds Proposal
or Career Funds Proposal forms accordingly.

1.
Locate a
Leadership or Career Building Event
Approve this event with you club officers.
2.
Elect a club officer as a
representative
The
KGSA representative will be responsible for application, approval, and
reimbursement process.
3.
Download the Leadership Fund Documents
Ensure
that the representative reviews the correct Leadership Fund Guidelines and
Proposal Document.
4.
Submit the proposal
The
executive summary and proposal documents must be submitted two-weeks prior to
the event or before the mid-semester approval date.
5.
Await the approval process
The
approval process will take one week following submission.
6.
Select club members
Turn
in a list of the club member responsible for event and the club members
attending the event.
7.
Complete an Event/Travel Planning Form
Submit
the Event/Travel Planning form available in the KGSA office one week after
approval notification.
8.
Attend the event
Pay
for the event and represent Krannert to the best of your ability.
9.
Submit a Reimbursement Request
Submit
the request along with itemized receipts for each individual participant.
10.
Submit Event Summary Feedback Form
Event
Summary should be completed by the KGSA Representative responsible for the
event using the feedback form.
11.
Wait for your reimbursement
The process usually takes two-three weeks for
reimbursement.
12.
Cash your check
Your
check must be cashed three months after the check has been submitted..
