The Mission of The Society of Minority Managers is to serve the broad educational needs of minority students of the Krannert School of Management by:

1. Establishing lines of communication between minority business students, business professionals, and the business employment market

2. Promoting professional and academic excellence among minority business students

3. Developing cooperative ventures with local affiliates

4. Assisting the Krannert School of Management in the recruitment of minority students
