 Day on Campus 2008
Earl Hart

“I really enjoy being at Purdue because you get the feeling of both a small town and a large city. It feels like you know everyone, yet you’ll meet someone new every day.”
— Earl Hart
Industrial Management ’07

Day on Campus is an orientation period for incoming first-year students. You spend a full day at Purdue attending orientation sessions, tour the campus, meet campus representatives, visit your assigned residence hall, take placement and advanced credit exams, visit bookstores, and ask any questions you may have.

Most importantly, you and your parents will meet with your academic advisor to select first-semester classes, discuss degree requirements, and address any questions and concerns you may have about your stay at Purdue.

Invitations to Day on Campus will be mailed out in early May to all admitted students who sent in their $100 advance deposit. The invitation will include dates and locations, as well as schedules for optional advanced credit exams.

If you don’t receive an invitation by late May or have questions contact the Office of Admissions at (765) 494-1776. International students and Domestic students who are living abroad will not receive invitations for the program but are welcome to attend. Please contact the Management Advising Office for more information (765) 494-4343.
