Gerry Sims is a Global Operations Manager at Qualtrics, the world leader in experience management software. At Qualtrics, Gerry oversees post-sales client support and client success programs, business intelligence and analytics teams, and also manages a talent incubator which develops newly-hired teammates from undergraduate programs for placement in various roles throughout the company. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Gerry worked on the Financial Operations team at Google, primarily focused on supply chain management and supplier diversity, and also served in the Marine Corps for 5 years as an Intelligence Officer before transitioning to the Reserves as a Captain.

Gerry earned his undergraduate degree from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in 2009 (where he was also a Management Ambassador and on the School of Management Employers Forum) and earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He currently resides in Park City, Utah and is enjoying the ability to bike, climb, and ski in his free time.
